Our standard delivery service is absolutely FREE for UK mainland orders of £99 or more this is for head only sewing machines.

For Shipment of brand new Brother and Wimsew Industrial whole unit sewing machines delivery will be FREE, for all other Industrial sewing machines including used machines please see the delivery chart below:

You can alternatively arrange for the collection of the machine from our showroom or arrange your own means of transport to do this you will need to arrange it with us beforehand.

All deliveries must be checked and examined before you sign for them as once they are signed for you will be unable to claim for damage found afterwards.

Ownership of goods shall pass to you only when Tyson Sewing Machines Ltd has been fully paid.

Providing the items are in stock and ordered before 12AM Monday to Friday (Excluding Wednesday’s) they will normally be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this or during the weekend will normally be dispatched on the following working day. Delivery will be between 2-3 working days from the date of purchase.

In the rare event of an item being out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date.

We will not be held responsible for delays in any delivery caused by a third party.
